Welcome to my website, I’m a personal trainer covering Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding area.

Before becoming a Personal Trainer I spent 10 years working in the heady world of finance (no credit crunch jokes please). During that time I learnt how to work hard under pressure but more importantly how to work hard to strict deadlines to achieve the right results.

Whether you are aiming to lose weight, tone up, increase strength, train for a specific event or indeed just wow your ex down the local pub I will tailor each session to your specific needs and provide you with a program to ensure you achieve your goals.

Each client will receive a full fitness test, detailed 12 week program and nutritional plan, all constantly monitored and updated. Through this website I will keep you updated on local sporting events, divulge training tips and share healthy but hearty recipes. There is also a section where you can download running programs for different distances and level of ability.
